We hope you love your SKN & GLO purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns, cancellations, and refunds.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations 

 


As a customer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.


To cancel:

 

  1. Email us at hello@sknandglo.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us in its original, unused condition.

  3. We’ll issue a refund once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

 

 


 

 

Returns Eligibility

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

 


Please note: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used, even partially, for hygiene and safety reasons.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


We do not accept returns on:

 

  • Opened, used, or tampered skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition products

 


Sale and discounted items can be returned if unopened and within the legal 14-day window — we comply fully with UK regulations.

 


 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

📎 Attach: Clear photos of the item and your order number.


We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 


 

 

How to Return Your Item

 


To return an eligible product:

 

  1. Contact hello@sknandglo.com to request return authorisation

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address

  3. Package the item securely and post it back within 14 days

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection:

 

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process
