Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info (if applicable).

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Options

We offer free standard UK shipping on qualifying orders.
Any shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, extreme weather, strikes, or seasonal demand.

As the seller, we are responsible for ensuring your order arrives safely, and we’ll replace or refund any items that fail to reach you.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, we may deduct the cost of reshipping from any refund or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sknandglo.com with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
