My Hero was made for skin that reacts to everything else - sensitive, tight, oily but dry. No added perfume. No essential oils. No white-label shortcut. One step after cleansing, morning and night.
Lipids that sit close to skin
Olive squalane, jojoba oil and mango butter sit close to the feel of skin's own oils, so skin feels supple and cushioned rather than coated. It absorbs without a heavy or greasy film.
Layered hydration
Glycerin, propanediol and sodium hyaluronate draw water in. Panthenol 3% helps skin hold onto it. Aloe adds a light, comfortable finish. Skin feels plump and comfortable, not sticky or shiny.
Actives we will name
Niacinamide 4% and panthenol 3%, stated on the pack rather than hidden at a dusting. With daily use, skin looks more even and feels more comfortable. Sea buckthorn CO₂, chamomile CO₂, cucumber extract and tocopherol (vitamin E) add antioxidant support.

How to use it
• Apply 1-2 pumps to clean, dry skin, morning and/or evening.
• Gently massage into face and neck until fully absorbed.
• Follow with SPF during the day.
Patch test first
Before first use, apply a small amount behind your ear. Wait 24 hours. If no redness, stinging, or irritation occurs, go ahead with full-face use.
If it tingles
A mild tingling can happen on first use, especially if you are new to ingredients like niacinamide or sea buckthorn extract. To introduce it gently:
• Start slow - once a day, or every other day for the first week.
• Buffer - apply over damp skin or on top of a hydrating serum.
• If the tingling settles after a few uses, carry on as normal.
• If irritation persists - burning, prolonged redness, or flaking - stop using it and speak to a pharmacist or GP.

Lovely product. Smells great, lightweight, non greasy, don’t need a lot. Can use around eyes without stinging. Feels like it actually gives your skin a glow! ;)
I’ve been using this cream for just over a month and my skin honestly feels the best it has in a long time. I have sensitive, reactive skin and usually struggle with redness or tightness, but this has kept my skin calm and properly hydrated without any irritation.
